Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with hygiene liner intact.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorisation and instructions.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or colour.
